WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
I have 6 years experience and I have done the following workshop/ courses;
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Basic Equine first aid
Certificate of advanced in-patient care
Australian Veterinary Behaviour Services puppy preschool workshop
Hills nutrional advocate course
Feliway and Adaptil Course

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU VISIT?
Yes, I do require someone to be home when IÂ visit. The person ideally needs to be over the age of 18 years.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
If you wish to cancel an appointment, I ask that you give me at least an hours’ notice. If you fail to do so you will be charged a travel fee.
If a product is ordered for you and you change your mind after the order has been placed, the cost of the product will be charged to you.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment must be made in full at the completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
I have a square reader which enables me to take payments including Google pay, Apple pay and credit card. I will accept cash but it needs to be the correct amount as I don't carry cash with me.
Direct deposits can be taken if arranged prior to the appointment.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS?
Yes, I have experience providing care to dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and lizards.
WHAT SERVICES CAN'T BE OFFERED?
Under the NSW Veterinary Board veterinary nurses are unable to do the following;​
euthanasia
sedating of animals
vaccinations or heartworm injections (not including tetanus/strangles for horses)
prescribing medications
diagnosing injuries and/or illness
The services that I offer don't replace the diagnostic expertise of a qualified veterinarian.
CAN YOU MICROCHIP ANIMALS?
At the present time I can't microchip animals however in the near future I hope to be a registered implanter for cats and dogs.
Due to the regulations in NSW I will be unable to microchip horses.
If you would like your pet to be microchipped by me, please send me an email and I will notify you once I am registered.
ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS?
My services are available on weekends but only by request. This is due to the fact that I also work at Brudine Veterinary Hospital on weekends and at times have other commitments.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU OPERATE IN?
Mobile Paws offers its services to Yass Valley & surrounds.
Mobile Paws will travel to Yass, Murrumbateman, Jeir, Gundaroo, Sutton, Bookham, Bowning and Gunning.
Travel fees will be applied to Jeir, Gundaroo, Sutton, Bookham, Bowning & Gunning. If there is enough interest I am happy to travel a little further to places including Goulburn, Crookwell, Bywong and Bungendore. A travel fee will be applied to these areas also.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON YOUR SERVICES?
Yes. I offer a discount for treatment of more then 2 pets on the same service.
