Hi, I'm Chelsea and I have been working as a qualified veterinary nurse for over 10 years.

 

I founded Mobile Paws in late 2021 to provide an at home service for pet owners. Since the covid-19 outbreak the need for at home patient care has grown. There are many pets who get scared and anxious at the veterinary clinic and owners can find it difficult booking appointments around their busy lifestyles.

QUALIFICATIONS 

I completed my certificate for Veterinary Nursing in 2015 and have also completed my Statement of Attainment in Microchipping dogs and cats along with several short courses including advanced patient care and equine first aid.

PETS

I have a German Shorthaired Pointer named Goose and three horses named Lenny, Lynx and Browny.

WHY A VET NURSE?

A vet nurse consult is not an alternative for a vet consult, but sometimes you need that caring, loving attention that a vet nurse can provide. Nurses will work alongside your vet to provide care in your home for your pets.

Sometimes your pet requires things to be done but it doesn't warrant a car ride to the vet or a wait time such as nails clips, hygiene clips, anal gland expressions or perhaps your struggling to medicate your pet and need some guidance.
